8. Tarrifs. Booking. Change. Cancellation
The rates displayed on the site are rates per accommodation per night and include VAT, breakfast, free wifi. Prices are in LEI for both the Romanian market and the foreign markets
We can only confirm your reservation if you give us all the information you require. Please make sure that all your personal data is correct.
Reservation can be canceled:
- free of charge, less than 30 (f) days before the start of the holiday (date of check-in)
- 50% of the total amount of services contracted, less than 15 (fifteen) days before the start of the holiday (date of check-in)
- in case of no show, with payment of 100% of the total contracted services;
Reservations are kept until 8.00 PM at the latest on the first day of vacation, after which the entire reservation is canceled; in order to keep booking after 8.00 PM, the client has the obligation to announce Riva Mamaia in writing about the late hours of the room / rooms.
In the event of late cancellation or non-appearance, Sc Plaza Events Srl reserves the right, without prior notice, to collect the services in case of cancellations listed above from the credit card used to guarantee the reservation
If the credit card amount can not be credited or blocked, the reservation will be deemed to have been canceled.
If the client shortens his / her stay during the stay, he / she accepts and undertakes to pay unconditionally the value of the entire stay ordered initially.
Reservations and cancellations will only become effective upon explicit written acceptance from Riva Mamaia (confirmation email).
The explicit non-acceptance, in written form and with exact reference, to the order for reservation or cancellation, exonerates Riva Mamaia from any liability.
The change of the services ordered by the client in terms of the number of ordered accommodation spaces or the type of accommodation space, entails the re-ordering of the offer, according to the availability and tariff policies existing at that time.

10. Termination

The applicable law is Romanian law. Any dispute arising from this agreement will be settled at the competent court at Sc Plaza Events Srl. You agree that any legal action arising out of or in connection with the terms of this Agreement will be brought to the courts in Romania at Sc Plaza Events Srl.

Pets are not accepted in the aparthotel.
